What does the Workout Plan include?
After we together decide what your goal(s) are, you will receive a 12-week workout plan. This includes illustrations, descriptions, tests, and monthly feedback - to ensure you have progress and that the plan is working for you.
The purpose of the workout plan is also to inspire, learn and motivate you so that working out and staying physically acitve can become a natural part of your everyday life.
